Our repair service

The service call fee is $198(including GST), which includes the call-out charge and 30 minutes of labor. Typically, most repairs are completed within this half-hour period, so the total cost for many jobs is just $198.

Should a part be needed to finish the repair after the initial diagnosis, our technician will provide a price quote for the part. You can then decide if you want to proceed with ordering the part and continuing the repair. If our technician needs to return to install the part, there won’t be an additional call-out fee, just a charge for extra labor if it extends beyond the initial 30 minutes, at a rate of $49.5 per quarter hour.

Payments can be made using cash, credit card (only Visa or Mastercard), or bank transfer.

We offer a 30 days warranty on labor, meaning if the same issue recurs within this period, we will return to fix it at no extra charge.

Our in-home call-out service includes the following elements: A single technician will come to the address where the product is located. Assessment or servicing of one product. One hour of on-site assessment or labor related to the specific fault or service on the initial visit. A Service Report or Quotation is provided.
